It's really important to take a data-driven approach to real estate. Friends and family only go so far. I may have seen that great property up on Coanga because of my connections with friends in Venice Beach, but to get those consistent calls from clients moving within the hills and not leaving their social area but still smart-sizing really makes sense.
By knowing the community, who's renting to whom, and who's waiting to see if they land that part to buy instead of renting from their successful producer friend, it can make all the difference. So, to achieve this, use this course to laser-focus on a specific area that comes naturally to you because of where you live and work as part of the community, not an outsider. People know you because you're the guide that can connect them the best.
They have no idea that you're using the post office data to help decide where your signs go and which streets to focus on. A data-driven approach is best.
